    • These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between our customers (referred to as "Client") and Julienne Apparel (referred to as "Seller") concerning products available on our online shop.
    • By placing an order, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Conclusion of the Contract:

    • Product descriptions on our website serve as invitations to make a purchase.
    • The Client submits a binding offer by completing the online order process.
    • The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the offer, typically within five days after order placement.
  3. Right to Cancel:

    • Consumers are entitled to cancel their order before it has been shipped.
    • Detailed information on cancellation rights is provided in our cancellation policy.
  4. Prices and Payment Conditions:

    • Prices listed on our website are total prices.
    • Payment methods are specified in the online shop.
    • Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
  5. Shipment and Delivery Conditions:

    • Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Client.
    • The Client bears the cost of unsuccessful deliveries.
    • Personal collection is not available.
    • Vouchers are delivered via email.
    • If returning items from countries with customs fees, mark the package as ‘returned goods’ to avoid additional charges.
  6. Reservation of Proprietary Rights:

    • Ownership of delivered goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.
  7. Warranty:

    • Defective products are subject to statutory provisions.
    • Notify the Seller of any transport damages promptly.
  8. Redemption of Vouchers:

    • Campaign vouchers are redeemable only within the specified period and conditions.
    • Gift vouchers are redeemable within three years of purchase.
    • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  9. Applicable Law:

    • All legal relationships between parties are governed by the laws of Portugal, excluding international purchase laws.
  10. Alternative Dispute Resolution:

    • For online sales disputes, consumers and traders may use the EU Commission's ODR platform for out-of-court resolutions.
    • The Seller does not participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.
